I was skeptical bc many reviewers werent happy with transitioning to drawer feature. We couldnt be happier. I was SO happy to get our microwave off the counter and due to space constraints, this was our only option. Zero regrets. Arrived in a timely fashion. Packaged very well.

This is the most convenient microwave I've ever owned. I especially love that it is a top loader instead of a front loader. It has excellent capacity. It is so much easier to clean because of its location. And it looks marvelous installed as part of my base cabinets. No more cluttering counter space with stand alone units and no reaching over stove tops anymore to use those hard to reach installations.

We bought this as a duplicate replacement for our old one we had for 11 years so I hope this one lasts as long. They improved the handle on the front so it wont break off ( we had to have the previous one replaced once). It slid right in where the old one had been. Weve had it a few months now and not a single problem. We love the drawer type!!

Really good Microwave, combination, Grill and convection oven. It will even cool down the oven after use for you.
Very easy to use with easy to use menus or just set your own.
Oven/combi oven temperature's are spot on. First combi oven that I have had that has the right temps for the ovens.
